Here are some questions that you may have.
Can you give me a quote/estimate over the phone?
We can give a preliminary estimate over the phone based on the information you give us. If you received a preliminary phone estimate, we will give an accurate price before we start the job on the day the work is scheduled. Since there are many styles, sizes and heights of windows and doors, for the most accurate estimate, we need to see your windows. The good news is an “in person” estimate is free!
Do I need to be home for an estimate?
No. We can walk around the outside of your home and get a fairly accurate price.
We will review the estimate prior to the start of work to make sure nothing is missed. Please let me know if you have mirrors or interior only doors (glass doors dividing interior rooms, etc.) that I can’t see from walking around outside so I can include them on the estimate.
Do I need to be home for the window cleaning?
No. We realize that you have jobs too! Most of our customers are not home while we are cleaning. Arrangements can be made with you to access the home. We will always lock up once the job is complete.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry a copy of our insurance policy with us. If you’d like to see it,
just ask.
Who will be doing the work?
From the initial contact, to the estimate, to the job being completed, the only person you will ever deal with is me. Sometimes I bring someone with me to help out on busy days.
Do you clean commercial storefronts or businesses?
We specialize in residential window cleaning. We have a nice client base that we like to keep happy. Frequent storefront washing interferes our residential customer’s needs. If you are one of our residential customers who owns a business, we would be happy to also clean your business’ windows.
How do I pay for my window cleaning?
There are many options, you can pay with cash, check, Venmo or hit the “Pay Bill” button on this site.
When is payment due?
Immediately upon completion of the work.
Do you clean windows in the winter?
Yes. We have many customers who request window cleanings throughout the Holiday season. We will call to reschedule if freezing temperatures make it unsafe to clean.
Can you clean windows if it’s raining?
Yes, but we typically don’t unless you really need it! We will call to reschedule due to inclement weather.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes
What if I have a pet?
We are a pet friendly company and are happy to have your pets out during our visit. If you have an aggressive dog, please kennel it for our protection.
Is there anything I need to do before you arrive?
Yes. Remove trinkets and decorations from window sills.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
As often as you like. See our specials. The more often you have them cleaned, the more you save!
Do you offer environmentally friendly products?
Yes, if you let us know your preference we can accommodate you.
